A project consists of runs, a conversation feed, and attached data. While runs are very granular (for example, single PCRs), a project relates to a much larger group of work. A project should be thought to be roughly equivalent in scope to a single ensuing journal article.
Though projects may contain a lot of information, projects themselves can be created with just a title.
Because a new project is necessarily empty, only a partial record is returned (i.e., lacking run information).
